What does this sports equipment bring you?
The DTX balance scale is a versatile table scale that allows you to perform a range of different exercises that isolate and treat each muscle group individually. Although it is not a multifunctional room, it is also not a simple flat or sloping bench. There are moving parts that allow you to work with your chest and leg muscles.
The bench itself has several inclined positions that allow you to slide into the inclined bench or lie flat and work with your pectoral muscles. And there’s a support point to keep you in line.
Which exercises can be performed on the DTX all-in-one?
The DTX has an excellent exercise for stretching the legs.
Although you can say that there are countless exercises you can do on the couch (which is one of the reasons why we, here at home, weight experts, love them), here are the essential things you’ll probably want this couch for.
On the front of the sofa there is a device with two functions: The first is leg lengthening. My legs hurt when I think of this kind of torture when I write it. It’s a great movement that works with your ATV’s (the one in front, above the knee!), and it’s hard to get that feeling with any other part of your training equipment!
This part of the couch also takes care of the sermon bells, another popular gym. This is a sitting exercise in which your chest and shoulders are supported while performing a biceps curvature. It is highly effective in insulating your bike muscles and builds strength in your bikes and forearms like no other.
This sofa has supports on both sides so that you can lie flat, reach down and keep your hands on your chest. It’s an exercise that really focuses on the pectoral muscles.
The classic bench pressure remains one of the best exercises you can do to increase the strength of the upper body and one of the main reasons why you probably want to buy a bench. Although you can do this exercise without a bar, it is absolutely not recommended!

What’s more, you don’t have any weight with this sports equipment or a bar.
If you haven’t gotten any weight at home yet, you have to invest in both the bar and some plates to be able to use this machine. The DTX uses a standard 30mm diameter, so look for loads with a small hole, not a big one!
While in Multi-Giants you increase weight by moving the pen on different plates, you can freely add and remove weight according to your purpose. No nuts to screw or unscrew – just insert the plates and start working.
You can also use an olympic plate and a small converter (they give you about £10) which will fit your plate with a larger hole so it can be used here.
What did we like about the all-in-one DTX?
Let’s continue with the overview section of this manual. Generally it is a test bed, at a reasonable price, with a few things to keep you informed. One: The pros and cons and the things we liked.
The bank itself is stable
Dive with the most important part of a weight bench: , what is the strength of this part? Fortunately, the DTX bench is very strong. Thick steel tubes do well with their weight (and ours). It can carry up to 100 kg of weight, which almost everyone should like.
If you haven’t heard of the DTX, it is a good home fitness device and has proven itself in terms of quality. We have seen many good products for the home gymnastics market from the DTX, and this sofa is also a well made device. In short, it has to be a long story.
The pole rests comfortably on the supports and there is no unpleasant rocking, squeaking or greeting to report. You feel safe using this couch. All in all a good set, well done and solid.

Lightweight and easy to move on.
I would say that more people get injured when they lift the sports equipment around them (I speak from experience). We have a weighing bench in the gym which is so heavy that we have to worry about moving it. Fortunately, DTX bank is not like that at all.
If you do not have your own storage space for this equipment or if you need to move it to an empty room or home office, this may be a good choice for you. This bench is quite easy to move and the light construction cannot do without the above mentioned strength.
Preacher extension / easily removable stand extension
The front nozzle can be easily removed, which is sometimes useful if you need more space or want to do several exercises. This part is removed without unscrewing it.
Assemblies other than to only
Like all the sports equipment we’re looking at here, the DTX bench consists of a bundle of metal tubes, nuts, washers and other odd-looking parts that you have to assemble yourself.
Same as Lego, but it hurts a lot more when it falls on the toe
Even if the instructions are a little less complicated (read more…), you should have no problem installing a DTX weighing stand. If you’ve picked up something like this before, you can reduce it to 15 minutes. But even those who are afraid to take matters into their own hands do not have to worry.
However, you will need a set of wrenches, a wrench or a good old wrench. I’m afraid there are no tools on this couch.
You can do many exercises in a compact space
One of the best things about any weight bench is that you can do a lot of great exercises with just one device. This bank goes even further with the extra stations it has installed. Leg extenders are not easy to train in home gymnastics, but here they are well managed. There’s even an attachment that blocks you in every orbit.
Combine this with the barbell and other possible exercises on the couch, and you have something to train without getting bored for a long time.
What is wrong with this bank of budgetary weights?

It is not an adult sofa.
A disadvantage of the compact design of this bench is that you have to look elsewhere if you are more than 1.80 m high. Even if you are at a height of 1.80 m, you may feel obliged to lie down on the sofa, depending on the posture you adopt.
The butterfly exercise is not for everyone.
The butterfly exercise, where you lie on a bench and use your hands with the kettles on, may not be suitable for all body types, especially not for taller users or people with longer arms. This is unusual, because as soon as you take your hands off, you can do these exercises, perhaps better with a pair of dumbbells.
Instructionsmay be better than.
Although this is one of the simplest assembly operations we have ever seen on a home fitness product, the instructions could have been simpler, step by step. You’re unlikely to have trouble editing them, but better photos and accompanying descriptions will help.
The bank itself may be larger than.
We would also like to see the DTX parts bank widen a bit. Although this is not uncomfortable at all, a few inches would make a big difference.
Phrase: Is the DTX worth all-in-one?
Usually it’s a bank where the house is weighed at a price. You get an easy way to isolate each set of muscles and get a good general workout. It’s a good choice if you don’t want to spend a fortune, if you want something for a limited space that offers a wide range of exercises. It is of good quality at a good price and offers good value for money.
